(CNSNews.com) – In a July 2 interview with the Federal Bureau of Investigation about her email practices, use of a personal email server, and specific emails she sent and received as secretary of state, Hillary Clinton told her questioners, as the FBI summarized it, that she “could not recall,” “did not recall,” “did not remember” or “had no recollection” 41 times.

“Clinton did not recall receiving any emails she thought should not be on an unclassified system,” Clinton told the FBI, according to page 4 of the summary that was released today. “She relied on State officials to use their judgment when emailing her and could not recall anyone raising concerns with her regarding the sensitivity of the information she received  at her email address.”

That paragraph included the eleventh and twelfth examples of when the FBI said she told them should did not or could not recall something.

“HUMA ABEDIN also had an account on clintonemail.com because she frequently assisted Clinton with personal matters,” said the FBI summary. “CLINTON did not recall any other individual s being offered an account on clintonemail.com.”

In the summary, the FBI describes several instances in which a specific email was presented to Clinton during the bureau’s interview with her and she said she did recall the email.

The FBI’s redacted summary of its exchange with Clinton over one specific email she did not remember makes reference to “deliberation over a future drone strike.”

“[Redacted] After reviewing an email dated [redacted] with subject line [redacted] CLINTON stated she did not remember the email specifically,” said the FBI summary. “CLINTON stated deliberation over a future drone strike did not give her cause for concern regarding classification. CLINTON understood this type of conversation as part of the routine deliberation process. Moreover, she recalled many conversations about future strikes that never occurred.”

In the interview with the FBI, according to the summary, Clinton said that after she had a concussion and a blood clot at the end of 2012, she did not “recall every briefing she received” at the end of her tenure at the State Department.

“CLINTON stated she received no instructions or direction regarding the preservation or production of records from State during the transition out of her role as Secretary of State in early 2013,” said the summary. “However, in December 2012, CLINTON suffered a concussion and then around the New Year a blood clot. “Based on her doctor’s advice, she could only work at State for a few hours a day and could not recall every briefing she received.”
