Fetal Homicide Bill May Go To New Hampshire Governor

The bill would make it possible to prosecute someone for causing the death of a fetus through unlawful operation of a motor vehicle or violence against the mother.  The American Civil Liberties Union is against the bill, because some people might use it to say that the fetus is a person and therefore shouldn’t be subject to willful abortion.
