Gun Manufacturer Responsible for Sandy Hook Mass Killing? Connecticut High Court Hears Appeal

The Connecticut Supreme Court heard oral arguments from lawyers for family of the victims of the 2012 massacre at an elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut and lawyers from the manufacturer of a Bushmaster AR-15 rifle used in the shooting. Family members are claiming the gun manufacturer is responsible in part because of its marketing.
