New Hampshire Bill Would Make Posting ‘Revenge Porn’ Eligible for Sex Offender Registry

The bill attempts to raise the stakes for people who post images of other people without clothes on, as occasionally happens after a romantic relationship ends; Ian Freeman, a libertarian, testified against the measure, saying (in part):  “Let’s get people to take responsibility for their actions. If you don’t want your picture on the Internet, maybe you shouldn’t allow it to be taken in the first place.”
