School Choice Bill Stumbles in New Hampshire

The bill would provide state savings accounts for parents to use to send their children to private secular and religious schools, which some opponents worry would siphon off money from the state’s public schools and others say would violate the New Hampshire Constitution. The state’s House of Representatives won’t act on the bill this year.
