Someone Smears Veterans Memorials in Springfield With Crabapples; Who’s To Blame According To State Rep?

At least three veterans memorials in Springfield, Massachusetts were smeared with crabapples, including one that honors five black veterans who died in Vietnam; state Representative Bud Williams, a Democrat, blames what he calls “the Trump effect.”
