State Trooper Sues Over Order To Censor Police Report on Judge’s Daughter’s Arrest

When the allegedly drunk and high-on-heroin 30-year-old daughter of a district court (and drug court) judge was arrested by a state trooper after a crash in Worcester in October, she told him she had performed sex acts to get the heroin and would do the same for him in return for leniency, while also informing him she was the daughter of a judge. The head of the Massachusetts State Police ordered the trooper to take all of that out of the police report, along with the mugshot.
