‘Abortion Bonds’ Giving Planned Parenthood Access To Government Loans To Help Build Abortion Clinics

Federal tax dollars can’t be spent on abortions (except in the cases of rape, incest, and life of the mother) because of the Hyde Amendment, but Planned Parenthood has used a loophole in federal law to get access to tax-free government bonds to help build facilities.
