U.S. Representative Tim Murphy (R-Pennsylvania) says he won’t run for another term in 2018 after acknowledging that he had an affair, and after a story appeared quoting text messages from the congressman advising the woman to get an abortion. But some constituents think Murphy should resign immediately.
