Elizabeth Warren Wins Re-Election To U.S. Senate, Over Geoff Diehl

U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren won re-election to the U.S. Senate on Tuesday, defeating state Representative Geoff Diehl (R-Whitman).

Multiple media outlets called the race around 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Warren led Diehl by 22 points in a public poll released last week.

Warren is now expected to launch a campaign for the Democratic nomination for president in 2020.
