14-Year-Old Girl Robs Bank, Police Say

A 14-year-old girl aided by a 15-year-old girl robbed a bank in Fall River, police said.

The first girl walked into Bay Coast Bank at 81 Troy Street about 3:45 p.m. Thursday, February 21 and demanded money, telling a teller she had a bomb and would “blow everything up and kill everybody” if she didn’t get the cash, police said, according to the Fall River Herald News.

A teller gave the girl an unannounced amount of cash.

A 15-year-old girl left the area with the 14-year-old girl, said police, who said they caught up with both of them in the same house.

The girls have been charged with armed robbery, police said, according to the Fall River Herald News.
