Authorities Announce Rape at High School … Two Years After It Happened

Neither police, nor prosecutors, nor school officials announced that a 17-year-old boy had raped a 14-year-old student at one of the magnet high schools in Manchester, New Hampshire until the assailant was convicted  of the crime Thursday, June 22, 2017. The rape occurred at Manchester High School West in 2015.
