Fisherman Charged in Dumping of 400-Pound Headless Tuna in Woods

The 40-year-old Gloucester, Massachusetts caught the bluefin tuna out of season, brought the fish to a fish pier in Rockport, and then dumped it in the woods in Gloucester, according to federal and state authorities.
