Flower Shop Founded in 1871 Closes

A flower shop in Exeter, New Hampshire founded nearly 150 years ago has closed.

Dot’s Flower Shop was an institution in southeastern New Hampshire, but grocery stores that sell flowers and Internet floral retailers have eaten into the business of local flower shops, according to The Union Leader.
