A 19-year-old student at Fairfield University in Connecticut didn’t take it well when her boyfriend said they should break up.

She hit him in the stomach and then punched him in the face, police said.

The young man went to a hospital for treatment for his bloody and swollen nose.

The young woman has been charged with third degree assault and disorderly conduct, according to the Fairfield Citizen.
