Joe Biden Not Especially Popular Among Massachusetts Voters

Joe Biden isn’t especially popular in Massachusetts.

Bay Staters effectively have a split opinion on the sitting president, according to a poll released by Northwind Strategies this week.

The poll found that 46 percent of Bay Staters approve of Biden, while 43 percent disapprove of him.

While Massachusetts voters don’t have a particularly high opinion of the sitting president, their opinion of his predecessor is much lower.

Just 25 percent of Bay Staters approve of former president Donald Trump, while 67 percent disapprove, according to the poll.

The poll sampled 711 likely 2024 votes in Massachusetts. It has a 3.9 percent margin of error.
