Lost Class Ring Turns Up 40 Years Later

A woman her lost her high school class ring not long after receiving it in 1979 got it back recently, thanks to a man with a metal detector.

The man found the ring in Buffinton Park in Somerset on the south coast of Massachusetts. A photo of it appeared on Facebook, and the woman's friends contacted her about it because they recognized her maiden name, according to the Fall River Herald News.
