New Hampshire Behind Its Neighbors In Coronavirus Vaccination Rate

June 22, 2021

How is New Hampshire doing in terms of getting people vaccinated against coronavirus?

It turns out the Granite State lags behind its neighbors. Of the three states it borders, New Hampshire reportedly has the lowest vaccination rate. That includesVermont, Maine, and Massachusetts, as WCAX reports.

Thus far, 60.6 percent of New Hampshire residents eligible for the vaccine have gotten at least one dose of it. Meanwhile, the highest any New England state is at is Vermont where 81 percent has gotten at least one dose.

President Joe Biden’s goal is for 70 percent of Americans to have at least one dose of the vaccine by July 4.
