New Hampshire Mayor in Quarantine After Daughter Tests Positive for Coronavirus

The 20-year-old daughter of the mayor of New Hampshire’s largest city has tested positive for coronavirus, leading the mayor and her family to isolate themselves from others at home.

Joyce Craig, the mayor of Manchester, New Hampshire, announced the news on Sunday, March 29.

The daughter only had a runny nose when she came back home from a study-abroad program in London and now has no symptoms. But she got tested after learning that someone else in the program tested positive, and her test came back positive, too, according to The Union Leader.

The mayor tested negative, she told The Union Leader.
