Seven Boston Police Officers Taken To Hospital Amid Riot

Seven Boston police officers sustained injuries during the riot Sunday night needing treatment at a hospital, police said.

About 21 police cruisers were damaged — including at least one shown on television that was set on fire.

Police arrested about 40 people.

As of 3:00am, Monday, June 1, 2020, #BPD confirming 7 injured officers transported to the hospital, many more treated on scene, 21 police cruisers damaged and about 40 individuals placed under arrest during the protest.
