Two Vermont Newspapers in Murder-Suicide Pact

One newspaper, the Caledonian Record of St. Johnsbury, claims another newspaper, the Daily Express of Newport, has engaged in racketeering over things like downloading AP photos it doesn’t have a right to and claiming a higher circulation than it actually has. Both newspapers serve the Northeast Kingdom in Vermont.
