Where’s the Snow?

January 9, 2019

The city of Boston had racked up two-tenths of one inch of snow this winter as of earlier this week, prompting some to ask:

Where’s the snow?

(While others are counting their blessings.)

A New England Cable News reporter somehow found a couple originally from around here named Jamie Snow and Steve Milder skating on the Frog Pond on Boston Common while visiting from Holland, where they now live. They said they were disappointed in the lack of snow.

Boston typically gets about four feet of snow a year, and long-range forecasts by meteorologists are predicting average or above-average snowfalls this winter.

If they’re right …

Get ready.
