Just when you thought that there were no creative ways to make money online, a Harvard Alumnus is upping the ante. Ren You, a 29-year-old graduate of the Harvard Business School, has decided to outsource his search for love, and he is offering $10,000 to anyone who can find him a match.
But there is a catch.
According to dateren.com, the woman has to be a good fit and the couple must date for more than six months.
You, who now works in Birmingham, Ala., puts it this way on his website:
“If you work 12 hours/day, how would you want to spend the few waking hours you have left?”
After moving to Birmingham last year upon completion of his MBA, You spent the last 12 months going on dates and decided to try something new.
“I’ve done dating websites and I’ve met people through friends,” You told ABC News on July 3. “I’m sure if I stuck with those ways that, down the road a few years, maybe I’d find someone, but that seems very time consuming and not efficient.”
