Boston Calling September festival

The last days of summer are here and fall concerts are fast approaching. Boston Calling is one of the biggest, and is one of the first to kick off the season.

The festival has come a long way since it began in May 2013. The three day event attracts more than 200,000 music lovers and has become a semi-annual tradition at City Hall Plaza.

“[The] eclectic array of music is what I’m excited about,” said Trevor Solomon, Booking Director for Boston Calling.

The festival will take place on September 25-27 and will feature 23 bands. The performers include newer acts like Hozier (who has already been selling out shows in Boston), Walk the Moon, Of Monsters and Men, and Alt-J.

Saturday and Sunday single day tickets are on sale now. Children under 10 have free admission. The full concert schedule can be found by clicking here.
