Legalized pot a ‘go’ in Massachusetts

BOSTON — It’s now legal in Massachusetts to be at least one toke over the line.
Voters on Tuesday overwhelmingly backed a ballot question that sought to regulate marijuana in the same way as alcohol, meaning that the Bay State is now the first state on the East Coast to adopt such a measure.
