Boston Globe/Suffolk Poll Has Biden Up By Double Digits In New Hampshire

October 15, 2020

If you believe the polls, then former vice president Joe Biden has a double-digit lead in the Granite State this year.

A recent poll from Suffolk University and The Boston Globe has Biden up 51 percent to 41 percent over Republican President Donald Trump. Additionally, 3 percent of voters were undecided and 3 percent refused to answer.

It would be unusual for a Democratic presidential candidate to win the state by that much. A Democrat has not won New Hampshire by 10 percent or more since 1964.

A Republican has not won New Hampshire in a presidential election since 2000. President Trump ran a close race in the state last time around, losing it by about 3,000 votes.
