Chris Sununu Says Other Potential GOP Presidential Candidates Not Appealing Enough To Independents

New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu thinks some of the other Republicans who want to run for president are doing something wrong.

Sununu knocked Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley, former vice president Mike Pence, and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo for not doing enough to appeal to independent voters.

“DeSantis and, and Nikki Haley, and Mike Pompeo and Mike Pence, these are all very good friends of mine. I respect them all. But maybe with the exception of DeSantis, none of them are going anywhere. Because they keep talking to the same voters expecting some sort of different result,” Sununu said, according to Politico. ‘They’re not going after the independent voter.”

Sununu, DeSantis, Haley, Pence, and Pompeo are expected to announce runs for president this year.
