Earthquake Hits The South Coast Again

The second earthquake this month hit the South Coast of Massachusetts over the weekend, but it’s possible that many did not notice it.

The center of this earthquake was near Dartmouth, Massachusetts. The quake occurred around 1 a.m. on Sunday, November 22. It was a 2.0 magnitude earthquake, according to WJAR.

Previously, there was a stronger one in the same area about two weeks earlier. On November 8, a 3.6 magnitude earthquake hit just off the coast of New Bedford, one of the strongest on record in the area, as WJAR reported.

People in many parts of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and even Long Island, New York reported feeling the first earthquake this month.
