April 21, 2021

U.S. Senator Ed Markey (D-Massachusetts) is once again the lead sponsor for it in the U.S. Senate, while self-described democratic socialist U.S. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-New York) is its lead sponsor in the U.S. House of Representatives.
