Ed Markey Calls Trump and Pence Fascists and White Supremacists, Says Abortion Is A Human Right

Massachusetts U.S. Senator Ed Markey attacked President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence on Twitter during Wednesday night’s vice presidential debate.

Markey, who supports Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and California Senator Kamala Harris in the presidential race, called Trump and Pence fascists and white supremacists.

“Donald Trump and Mike Pence are leading an openly fascist, sexist, and white supremacist administration,” the tweet states. “We are going to vote them out and rebuild our country and our democracy with justice.”

Additionally, he called abortion a human right.

“Abortions are health care and health care is a human right,” he tweeted. “We must codify Roe v. Wade.”
