Elizabeth Warren Says Abortion Is An Economic Issue

November 23, 2022

What do you think of when you think of economics?

U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Cambridge) puts abortion in the category of economic issues.

Warren also said that political pundits are wrong to treat it otherwise.

“Pundits like to separate these issues, but there’s no economic freedom when individual freedom is threatened,” Warren tweeted this week. “There’s no economic stability when insurrectionists are marching on the Capitol. And abortion is a kitchen-table issue that affects a woman’s health & economic security.”

A staunch abortion supporter, Warren has never voted in favor of a restriction or regulation of abortion during her time in Congress. She has a 100 percent lifetime rating from Planned Parenthood.
