The United States gives Israel $3.8 billion in foreign aid each year — and U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Cambridge) says that she supports it. However, Warren says that there should be conditions attached to Israel receiving that money. Among them:  she wants Israel to stop building settlements in the West Bank.
