The Governor’s Office of Constituent Services has a form people can fill out if they want a photo signed by Healey herself.

“Governor Healey is happy to send an autographed photo to constituents,” a form on Mass.gov says. “Complete this form to request an autographed picture of the governor or send one to a friend.”
