Leominster Native Helps Kansas City Chiefs Win The Super Bowl

February 12, 2024

Travis Kelce is the big-name tight end on the Kansas City Chiefs, but another tight end on the team has a Massachusetts connection:  Noah Gray.

The Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers, 25-22, in Super Bowl LVIII on Sunday, February 11, which means that 2017 Leominster High School graduate Noah Gray earned another Super Bowl ring.

Gray was a star quarterback in high school as a sophomore and junior, before converting to wide receiver and tight end midway through his senior year. He then attended Duke University, and the Chiefs drafted him in the fifth round of the 2021 National Football League Draft.

Gray was also on the Chiefs’ Super Bowl-winning team last year when they beat the Philadelphia Eagles, 38-35.
