Maine Democratic Convention Has Proof-of-Vaccination Requirement

May 13, 2022

Do you want to go to the Maine Democratic Convention in Bangor this weekend?

The event, which is at Cross Insurance Center, will require proof of vaccination against coronavirus, as WABI reports.

Attendees of the event must wear a mask that covers both their mouth and nose at all times.

The only time people can remove their masks is when they’re eating or drinking, but they’re encouraged to stay eight to 10 feet apart even when engaging in those activities.

Notable speakers at the event include Maine governor Janet Mills and the state’s two U.S. representatives:  Chellie Pingree and Jared Golden.
