Massachusetts State Fire Marshal Delivers Anti-Fireworks Message

Massachusetts is the only state where no form of consumer fireworks is legal — and the state is doubling down on this fact.

As Bay Staters purchase fireworks from each of the surrounding five states, plus Maine, State Fire Marshal Jon Davine has a familiar message for the state's residents:  don't use fireworks this Independence Day.
