September 20, 2022

Rhode Island U.S. Attorney Zachary Cunha has announced what his office is calling the largest drug bust of counterfeit Adderall pills in United States history.

In March, federal Drug Enforcement Administration agents found more than 660,000 fake Adderall pills containing meth at two locations in Cumberland, Rhode Island. The news was announced Monday, September 19, hours after defendant Dylan Rodas, a 27-year-old from Cumberland, reached a plea deal, according to ABC 6.

Rodas is charged with possession of with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and faces at least a 10-year minimum sentence if the court accepts the plea agreement.
