New Hampshire Man Pleads Guilty To Voter Fraud In The 2016 Presidential Election

There was voter fraud in the 2016 presidential election — and a New Hampshire man admitted he was part of it recently. 

A 65-year-old man named Vincent Marzello pled guilty to felony wrongful voting in a Concord, New Hampshire courtroom last week, as Patch.com reports. Marzello voted twice in Lebanon, New Hampshire. 

He voted once under his own name and another time under the name “Helen Elisabeth Ashley.” 

As a result, he received a 90-day prison sentence that the court suspended for two years. He also received a $3,000 fine that will be suspended for five years, although he must pay 10 percent of it now. That means he can avoid the prison time and the rest of the fine with good behavior over those timespans.
