New Hampshire Restaurants Re-Open For In-Person Dining

May 19, 2020

Restaurants are officially back in business for in-person dining in New Hampshire as of Monday, May 18.

As WHDH reports, Granite State restaurants are now able to reopen under strict guidelines. They can open if they offer outdoor dining only, a maximum seating of six people per table, and require that all of their employees wear masks.

Chuck Kalantziz, the owner of Panuche’s Sports and Music Hall in Manchester, told WHDH that his restaurant will be using disposable silverware to negate the spread of the virus.

He also noted that the rules take his restaurant from a capacity of 300 people and shrink it down to 70.

WHDH reports that New Hampshire state officials recommend that all restaurants take reservations to ensure there is room for everyone.
