Pro-Life Men’s March Taking Place In Boston On Saturday, November 4

November 3, 2023

A pro-life men’s march is scheduled to take place tomorrow in Boston.

The National Men’s March To Abolish Abortion and Rally for Personhood begins at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, November 4 outside the Planned Parenthood facility at 1055 Commonwealth Avenue near Boston University, and then proceeds about three miles to the Parkman Bandstand on Boston Common.

“There is a man connected to every abortion. Men are a big part of the problem. It’s time for men to become a big part of the solution and for all people of good will to stand up for the full federal protection of the preborn without exception,” organizers say in their description of the event.

While the meeting at Planned Parenthood and march are for men and their sons, women and families are invited to meet the marchers at 10:15 a.m. at Parkman Bandstand.

On Friday, November 3, the night before the march, St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 25 Avery Street in Dedham is planning to have a holy hour from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m., with confessions available from 6 to 7 p.m., followed by a 7 p.m. Mass.

After the march, St. Stanislaus Church at 43 Franklin Street in Nashua, New Hampshire is planning to have a holy hour from 2 to 3 p.m., with confessions available, followed by a 3 p.m. Mass.

While the organizers are Catholics, “all men of good will” are invited to join, organizers say.

Men participating in the march are asked to wear suits. Ties are optional.

As of midday Friday, November 3, the weather forecast for Boston for Saturday morning, November 4 is cloudy and about 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
