Sanders Leads Warren in Latest Massachusetts Poll — As Warren Fights To Keep Her Presidential Hopes Afloat

February 29, 2020

The math favors Bernie Sanders — not Elizabeth Warren — in Massachusetts, according to one recent poll.

The latest WBUR poll found Sanders leading among likely Democratic voters in Massachusetts. Among them, 25 percent said they would vote for Sanders, an 8 point lead over Warren (17 percent). After them, former South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg (14 percent) and former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg (13 percent) rounded out the top four.

Sanders held two campaign events in the Bay State this weekend:  one at MassMutual Center on Friday night and another on Boston Common at noon on Saturday, February 29.
