Trump Within Margin of Error In Latest New Hampshire Poll

New Hampshire appears as though it will be competitive once again this year, according to a recent poll from The New York Times and Siena College.

It shows that President Donald Trump is within the margin of error in New Hampshire. The poll conducted last week had former Vice President Joe Biden with 45 percent support and Trump with 42 percent support, and a 5.5 percent margin of error. Trump lost New Hampshire by about 3,000 votes in 2016.

In New Hampshire, Trump has the support of the state’s Republican governor, Chris Sununu, who is up for re-election this year.

The Granite State last voted Republican in a presidential election in 2000 when George W. Bush won it.
