White House Gives Massachusetts C- For Infrastructure Grade

Does Massachusetts have good infrastructure?

The White House says no. President Joe Biden’s White House put out its first “Infrastructure Report Card,” and while none of the states or territories in the United States got an F, none got higher than a C+. Massachusetts got a C- in these ratings.

“Since 2011, commute times have increased by 10.9% in Massachusetts and on average, each driver pays $620 per year in costs due to driving on roads in need of repair,” the report card says, according to Boston.com.
