Time For America To Decide: Pro-Police Or Pro-Political Correctness?


“Political correctness” is no longer about being respectful towards others. It has taken a very dangerous turn … and become weaponized by people declaring they are “anti-fascism” while embodying the very fascism they are protesting.

About a month ago, I wrote for Law Enforcement Today about why businesses are under attack for supporting police. I’m going to share some of that below … but first – we need to talk about standing strong and true.

Earlier this month, I was invited to be the keynote speaker at a 5K race in support of the National Law Enforcement Memorial.

This past week, that invitation was withdrawn. 

Why?  In the name of being “politically correct.”

The race organizers were afraid that having someone so outspoken, so pro-America, and so pro-cop would run the risk of turning off sponsors.

Go.  Freaking.  Figure.

I’m still encouraging everyone to take part in the race, of course.  Why?  Because the event was never about the speaker – it was (and should) always be about the cause.  The organizer of any fund raiser always will – and should – look to protect the event, which is what the organizer of the 5K did.

That’s not the problem.

The real problem is the ability for those on the Left to silence narratives that they don’t want to hear.  Because as we know, they only believe in “free speech” when it’s speech that they agree with.

We’re seeing it across the country.  Business owners are afraid of being attacked … and so they’re disavowing support of some of the most important people we could ever support.

And so with that, I’d like to share with you this letter below about WHY business owners are afraid of supporting the blue. (“LEO” below refers to “law enforcement officer.”)


Dear LEOs (and their families and supporters):

I wish I could say this is going to be an article about how many businesses rise up in support of law enforcement. And there are many. But it’s not.

I wish I could say this is going to be about all of the business owners who work side by side with the police in the community … and how that translates into booming business. 

But it’s not.

This is some real talk about why business owners do NOT openly declare their support. Because I need you to understand what’s happening. I mean REALLY understand what’s happening.

I need you to understand the attacks that are happening that are creating this divide. So I’m going to lay out some no-bull experiences that we’ve had in an attempt to spark a conversation that we need to have in America.

Here are some messages I’ve received recently:

“Kyle – our company wants to be able to take a stand on this bull—- about kneeling during the anthem. It’s disrespectful to cops. It’s spitting on our veterans. But we have thousands of employees. We just can’t take the chance of getting involved in any kind of controversy.”

“How can we support police without anyone knowing we’re supporting them? It’s a Catch-22. We want to help their organizations but we can’t have people knowing we’re behind the blue.”

“My brother is a cop and half my family is made up of veterans. But you bet you’re a– I’m not going to let this corporation make any kind of a statement regarding the thin blue line. We just can’t risk it.”

Guys – these are the very real comments every day by CEOs of very large companies. I’ve promised to honor our confidentiality. Because the thing is … they really do want to help. But there’s also a very real threat to their companies, their employees, and their ability to provide for their families by going public with their support.

My company is one of those rare ones that, by all conventional wisdom, should be out of business. Yet just the opposite has happened.

It’s a marketing agency … that doesn’t rely on massive volume to be profitable or successful. And keep in mind … the words “profit” and “success” are no longer acceptable among growing factions of society that believe in anarchy and socialism instead of capitalism and personal responsibility.

I attribute our success to doing that which most business owners can NOT do – embracing patriotism. Putting our heart and soul into paying tribute to the men and women who serve and protect our communities and our country.

I’m disgusted by the disrespect for our law enforcement officers. I’m beyond angered by it. This is why I take the topic head-on in the national media.

As many of you already know, last December, we announced that we were donating $250,000 worth of services to police to tell the stories behind the uniforms. We launched a video series that exploded.

The attacks came quickly:

 “You’d better drop this campaign to support pigs and Nazis or we’ll put you out of business.”

 “You think these pigs are important? Good luck staying in business. You call us snowflakes, but we’re really a blizzard and we will bury you.”

So we went full-blown, well, America.

We doubled the donation and told these entitled little punks to kiss our American … well, you know.

They responded by attacking us with one-star reviews.

And emails like this:

 “Kyle Reyes is an — hole. Yeah, Kyle. F— off, you f——- scared-of-the-world piece of —-.  YOU are the f—— snowflake, loser f—face.”

 “I hope you’ve enjoyed your fancy offices. Our group [ANTIFA] enjoys burning buildings to the ground.”

So we partnered with The Whiskey Patriots to give them the big middle finger.

We doubled the donation to $1,000,000 in pledged services.

As part of it, we launched a new series called Behind The Uniforms in partnership with our friends at Law Enforcement Today. We invite active or retired law enforcement officers, veterans, and other first responders to tell two stories – a difficult one and a positive one. Because these stories are desperately needed.

I’ve got cinematographers traveling the country with me creating videos on everything from post-traumatic stress syndrome among correctional officers to suicide awareness among first responders … from vet-repreneurs to non-profits created to support the families of fallen officers.

In doing so … I’ve been blessed to meet amazing men and women across the country. To hear the powerful stories of you and your families … and to share those stories. And to make connections that are second to none.

A few days ago, I received an email message from an officer working undercover in a large anarchist organization.

He’s cleared me to share this message with you (with some redacted material):



I know we’ve never met, but I’ve followed you on Facebook for about six months. My friends and I appreciate what you and your staff [are] doing more than you can know.

 I’m sending you this email from an account that’s not tied to my department. I’m currently working undercover in what can only be described as an anarchist organization with a fairly large reach on social media. They often put out a call to arms of sorts about businesses and I do my best to give those businesses some sort of warning when I can.

 This message was shared with their group yesterday:

 “Some smug d—–bag CEO thinks that supporting pieces of s— infiltrators including cops and enemy combatants [military] is acceptable in our new country. It is time for us to put a stop to this. But be smart about this where he was not. Do not attack his support for cops. That narrative will not be effective and will just bind supporters of pigs together. Instead, your instructions are to leave reviews attacking the company for poor service or for this snowflake exam he forces people to take. Always fight from a place of strength.”

There is no physical threat to you or your company, but you need to be aware in case these trolls come after you guys online.

 Stay safe and save this email address.

I’m sharing this with you all because I’d imagine you are frustrated that you don’t see more businesses owners rise and stand by your side.

I can only imagine your anger at seeing this false narrative being pushed about police brutality and systematic racism in policing.

And I hope you all understand that many of these business owners desperately want to publicly back you … but are terrified about the impact on their businesses.

Please don’t misunderstand. I’m not condoning their lack of support. I don’t like it – nor do they. But I understand it and I respect it.

I want you to know that there are many of us who always WILL have your backs – and do so on a regular basis. Many of them are working quietly to provide support and resources for you that you may never see … just like so many fellow Americans will never know or see what you do to keep us safe.

To those of you who hold the Thin Blue Line … know that you’re in our prayers every single day … and we will do what we can to start changing the narrative … one person at a time.
