Several Massachusetts Communities Have Zero Reported Coronavirus Cases

As of this week there are a handful of communities in Massachusetts that have many coronavirus cases, but there are some that don’t have any at all.

While the city of Boston has more than any other place in the state, 12,629, according to WWLP-TV Channel 22 in Springfield, places in other parts of the state are on the complete opposite end of the spectrum.

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health reports coronavirus cases town by town once a week on Wednesdays.

Here are the towns in Massachusetts with zero reported cases:

Alford, Aquinnah, Gosnold, Hawley, Heath, Leyden, Middlefield, Monroe, Monterey, Mount Washington, New Ashford, New Salem, Plainfield, Rowe, Warwick, Wendell, Windsor, and Worthington.

Overall, there were a reported 88,970 coronavirus cases in the state as of Wednesday, May 20.
