Delaware Becomes First State To Enact Pro-Roe-vs.-Wade Abortion Law

Delaware’s Democratic governor signed the bill, which codifies largely unrestricted abortion. The bill had passed 22-16 in the state House of Representatives, 11-7 in the state Senate, both of which are controlled by Democrats.
