Plastic Bags Foe Not Sure Why It Should Even Take A Vote To Ban Them

The town of Dalton in western Massachusetts is the latest to join the war on thin-film plastic bags at store checkout counters, but one supporter thinks the whole every-town-votes thing shouldn’t be necessary at this point. A store owner says plastic bags are cheaper than paper bags, and he thinks costs will go up.
