Ruth Bader Ginsburg Fractures Three Ribs in Fall

The U.S. Supreme Court’s oldest justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, fractured three ribs in a fall Wednesday night, according to the Associated Press.

Ginsburg, 85, went to George Washington Hospital early Thursday.

Ginsburg, a Bill Clinton appointee, has served on the court since 1993. She is one of the court’s four liberals.

She has survived bouts with colon cancer (1999) and pancreatic cancer (2009).
