Ron DeSantis Going To New Hampshire Later This Week

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis plans to be in New Hampshire later this week.

The Republican won’t be doing public events in the Granite State during his Friday visit.

Instead, he is set to meet with several New Hampshire politicians in an attempt to get their support if he chooses to run for president, according to NHJournal.

“I think it’s going to be the clash of the Titans,” former New Hampshire Republican Party vice chairman Pamela Tucker told NHJournal. “It’s going to come down to DeSantis and Trump. There are other great candidates out there, but the bottom line is it’s going to be these two.”

If DeSantis were to enter the Republican primary, he would be an underdog since former President Donald Trump leads in most polls.
