Attempted Murder Claims Appear on Electronic Billboard

A New Hampshire judge presiding over a defamation case has ordered a business owner to take down claims that various people in New Hampshire have committed attempted murder. The electronic billboards are outside the business owner’s offices in Manchester, Nashua, and Plaistow.
